The Process
Fill out the inquiry form with the type of session you're interested in, and I’ll get back to you within 48 hours. We’ll go over any questions, talk details, and start planning your dream shoot; location ideas, outfit inspo, and more.
Once everything’s set, I’ll send over the contract and invoice. Once signed and the deposit is paid, your session will be officially booked!

This is easily the MOST common concern for parents. And I completely understand it because kids can be unpredictable! Not all sessions are easy, and that’s okay! Kids will be kids, and I’m aware of this! I am patient and will connect with your children and meet them where they are at to the best of my ability! Sometimes the key is to let your family session be “kid driven”, and go with the flow of what the child wants to do! Whether its playing a game, having a tickle fight, playing tag or chasing each other, blowing bubbles, building a sand castle at the beach, or riding their scooter at the park. The possibilities are endless, and often the best, most genuine, and heartfelt photos are created by sharing into this and interacting with your children!
Absolutely! I will send you tones / color pallets to consider wearing that photograph nicely. What you end up wearing will also depend on the location we decide on!
Whether a family, maternity, or engagement / couples session, I will help you with location ideas based on your interests, personality, and the vibe you are looking to go for and convey in your portraits.
YES! I will be guiding you throughout the entire session. My goal is to help induce natural moments, interactions, smiles, and reactions between you and your family or significant other. I will be giving direction, poses, and prompts to create a blend of timeless, classic, and candid imagery of moments shared together.
I completely understand how this feels. I myself feel awkward when I’m in front of the camera as well! My biggest tip for this, is to focus on your family, or significant other. For most of the session, try to act as if I am not there. Of course I will be guiding you along but really embrace one another and have fun with the prompts and subtle poses that I give to you!
You definitely can! In fact, being in the comfort of your own space may bring even more naturalness to the poses and prompts, and resemble your true daily life. You can make it fun and bake cookies with your family, play with your kids in the yard, or turn it into a date night at home sipping wine and hanging by your pool. Make your session YOU.
